The Flourishing Schools Programme

Improving boys’ wellbeing and positive behaviours

Built by a teacher, backed by research, and shaped through real conversations with educators, coaches, and parents, the programme helps boys build confidence, improve communication, and develop respectful relationships.

Available for pilot in schools and youth organisations across Ireland and internationally for the 2025/26 academic year.

What does the programme focus on?

Positive Role Models
Helping boys identify and reflect on positive role models in their families, schools, teams, and communities. We challenge narrow definitions of masculinity and explore what makes a man worth looking up to.

Communication
Building emotionally intelligent young men who can express themselves with respect and confidence.

Confidence
Improving self-esteem through strengths-based activities, positive thinking, and practical tools to manage setbacks and self-doubt.
